These Terms govern your use of Orillia, including the web application, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your organization. Admins control workspace members, billing, and data access within their org.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, or upload unlawful content. Finance data you enter remains your responsibility for accuracy and compliance.

Demo and simulated features

Some environments include demo data and simulated payment rails for evaluation. Simulated checkout does not move real funds unless a live payment processor is separately configured.

Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.
