Information we process

Account details (name, email), organization profile, and financial records you enter (contacts, invoices, bills, payments, journals, documents). If you enable AI features, prompts and tool results may be processed to generate answers.

How we use data

To operate the Service, authenticate users, provide support, improve reliability and security, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not sell your customer ledger data.

Retention & access

Data is retained while your organization is active and as required for audits or legal holds. Workspace admins control member access within their organization.

Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access, rate limiting, and org isolation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report concerns via your account contact.
